"Josh was everything that I could had wanted"

I’m not very good at writing these things, but here we go lol. Josh was everything that I could had wanted and expected from a realtor. Any time I had a question (good or dumb) he was always there to answer it and never made me feel like I was a idiot for asking the dumb ones. He was very good about getting back to me right away via text messages. Any time there was a hall the presented it self we figured out away around it.

I would highly recommend Josh for the reasons above and more. I have already advised a couple people to use Josh.

Josh was amazing in the process of selling my house. He was able to get a fantastic offer and was also able to have the buyer waive the inspection. When looking for a new house, we was always available and if he was out of town, he made it work with another realtor to do a showing.
