Josh became a family friend very quickly. He immediately greeted me as a REAL person and knew I was going through some challenges in life. Before even coming in to sell my home I needed to move from he wanted to hear my story. I told him and he promised me I was in good hands and he’d take care of everything. I wasn’t too skeptical as I’ve used this team once before but was I shocked at how fast he made it happen!!! Just a few days later and I had a cash offer on my home for more than what I paid and I had JUST overpaid several months prior. He got that one sold and did all the leg work. I just had to sign some documents. He then found me and my girls a beautiful house closer to work and exactly what we were looking for in no time at all. It was 10k less than they were asking and in this market that’s CRAZY.
