When I started in real estate some four decades ago, I thought I'd do it till I could find a real job. All showings were done in person, signatures were done in person, and closings the same. Today we consider the first showing to be your viewing of the MLS listing. Even with that convenience, you still need boots on the ground, and those boots should be mine.
