I have been a full-time Realtor since 1990. I have closed over 60 million dollars’ total volume in buying and selling Real Estate properties.  I work the entire metro area. My past experiences have created a fun, professional and efficient style of business skills.

 

I also specialize in finding homes in the Twin Cities Metro area. My close to three decades’ years in Real Estate have brought me a wide range of experience to better protect your interests! Condo, townhouse, or single family homes. Short sales & foreclosures to lots and densely wooded lots (with or without an existing home on site), backing up to nature preserves, wet lands, rivers and lakes. I have MANY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS.

I can put your home on over 100 websites with 24 full color photos taken by a professional photogragher.  You can even get the information emailed or text to your smart phone.

Hobbies

For sale: Properties which are available for showings and purchase

Active contingent: Properties which are available for showing but are under contract with another buyer

Pending: Properties which are under contract with a buyer and are no longer available for showings

Sold: Properties on which the sale has closed.

Coming soon: Properties which will be on the market soon and are not available for showings.

Contingent and Pending statuses may not be available for all listings
