As a first time home buyer, working with Olivia was the best possible experience I could have imagined. Buying a home for the first time is a big deal, full of lots of stress whether you are making the right choices and everything that can go into buying a home: insurance, mortgage etc. (nonetheless during the height of a pandemic!). Olivia never pushed us into anything we weren't comfortable with and was there for all the late night texts/calls either as a friend or late night negotiating with multiple offers- she put us first and made us feel like her only client! She made sure we were the first ones in the homes we wanted to see and even got us into some homes that weren't listed yet on the public market. She was there through every step and didn't get annoyed that we had NO idea what we were doing. Also, she went above and beyond with reminders on any paperwork and had tons of references for people and tools she uses for all things leading up to closing.
