Pam Friesen Kretschmar Named “Emmy” Award Winner

Edina, Minn.—January 19, 2011 – Pam Friesen Kretschmar, a licensed REALTOR® who has been with the Minneapolis Parkway Edina Realty office since 1983, was honored with an “Emmy” award on Wed., Jan. 19 at Edina Realty’s annual "Expo" event.

Established to honor company founder Emma L. Rovick, the “Emmy” Award is given annually to two people, one employee and one sales associate, who exemplify Edina Realty’s traditions of honesty, integrity, and commitment, and contribute significantly to the company.

Kretschmar started her real estate career with Edina Realty 28 years ago, just after graduating from the University of Minnesota. She has achieved President’s, Master’s and Chairman’s Circle awards – awards that are given to top Edina Realty agents according to earnings. She has also been nominated as a “Super Agent” byMpls/St. Paul Magazine.

Kretschmar has volunteered with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program for over 20 years. She’s also part of the “Real Estate Riders,” a group of bicyclists sponsored by Edina Realty who ride in the MS 150. She currently resides in Minnetonka with her husband Mike.
