Moving to the Twin Cities from out of state

We were moving to the Twin Cities area from out of state, and we had a long list of "necessities" for our potential new home. It was a tough time to purchase a house as the inventory was very, very low, and prices were quite high. Linda was an absolute life-saver, her market and community expertise is unparalleled. She understood what were were looking for and when it came time to negotiate contracts, she was very knowledgeable and extremely dedicated. I was impressed with her tireless work ethic.
