Current Buyer Needs

I'm currently working with a number of buyers in the Twin Cities who are having a difficult time finding their next home due to the low inventory levels.

If you're thinking about selling your house and it's a match for one of my buyers below, I'd love to hear from you (or if you have a real estate agent who you're currently working with, you can have them reach out to me instread).

This list is updated monthly:

BUYER 1 (m): Tear-down or Lot on Lake Minnetonka.  Prefer to be in the area just west of Excelsior (Along Birch Bluff, Edgewood, Howards Point, etc).  Up to $3M (possibly could go higher).

 

BUYER 2 (w): Cabin or Summer Home on Lake Minnetonka. Prefer Orono Schools. Would ideally love Tanagers, North Arm, West Arm, Crystal Bay. Up to $2.5M

BUYER 3 (w): Lake Minnetonka only, $4M-$7M. Must have 5+ car garage or the ability to build an extra garage on the lot. Prefer Orono Schools. 

BUYER 4 (w): Townhome in Eden Prairie (or nearby), up to $350k. Must have some privacy in the back.

BUYER 5 (w): Single family home in the near north/west burbs (Crystal, Robbinsdale, Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center. Up to $225k.

Status Definitions

For sale: Properties which are available for showings and purchase

Active contingent: Properties which are available for showing but are under contract with another buyer

Pending: Properties which are under contract with a buyer and are no longer available for showings

Sold: Properties on which the sale has closed.

Coming soon: Properties which will be on the market soon and are not available for showings.

Contingent and Pending statuses may not be available for all listings
