The real estate business requires commitment, attention to detail, patience and, perhaps more than anything, a realistic approach. My goal is to succeed, not fail, so why should I make promises that I may not be able to keep? My goal is to make realistic promises about the service I provide, and then deliver more and faster than what was promised. Being more realistic in my promise-giving, I feel that I can better service my clients and help them achieve their real estate goals.

Active contingent: Properties which are available for showing but are under contract with another buyer
Pending: Properties which are under contract with a buyer and are no longer available for showings
Sold: Properties on which the sale has closed.
Coming soon: Properties which will be on the market soon and are not available for showings.
