There is a screened in balcony with peek a boo views out to the inter-coastal and a lovely 3rd floor balcony off the loft bedroom--perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee! Lots of room to play. Under the home has been paver bricked and offers additional room to enjoy the island as well as an out door shower. Lovely gardens to stroll to the boat dock which has power and water. There is one restaurant called Rum Bay at the Palm Island Resort that serves lunch and dinner and also has an ice cream shop. The island is accessible via car ferry only which runs from 6:30 am until 10:00 pm from Sunday through Thursday and until 11:00pm Friday and 12:00 midnight Saturday. Fee for ferry is $55/trip of you can buy a book of tickets at a reduced rate. You drive your car onto the ferry and directly to your vacation rental home. It's a very special place to vacation.
