Kim Lewis Named 2015 “Emmy” Award Winner

Edina, Minn.— Dec. 17, 2015 – Kim Lewis, executive assistant with Edina Realty Title for over 23 years, was honored with the Edina Realty Emma L. Rovick Memorial Award, or “Emmy,” on Dec. 15 at a special luncheon for the award winners.

Established to honor company founder Emma Rovick, the “Emmy” Award is given annually to two people: one employee and one real estate agent who exemplify Edina Realty’s core values of honesty, integrity and commitment.

Described by her peers as a “modern day Emma,” Lewis’ supports the Edina Realty Title executive team as well as the managers and employees of 20 branch closing offices. She is also responsible for training new employees and licensing all closing employees. Although the systems and processes have changed dramatically over the years, her colleagues say Lewis continues to show personal integrity and commitment when meeting each new challenge.

Edina Realty agents and employees nominate their colleagues for the Emmy Award, and out of nearly 75 nominees, three agent and three employee finalists were selected. Award winners must excel in customer service, leadership, team building and/or make significant contributions to the company or industry.
