Edina Realty Names New Manager of its St. Cloud and Cold Spring Offices Greg Wojtowicz Named Manager; Replaces Jim Schaaf



Edina, Minn.— Jan. 12, 2016 – Edina Realty, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, has named Greg Wojtowicz the sales manager of its St. Cloud and Cold Spring offices. Currently assistant sales manager, Wojtowicz will take over his new role in January.

Wojtowicz has been a REALTOR with Edina Realty since 1994. Active with the St. Cloud Area Association of Realtors (SCAAR), he is a past president and has served on the Minnesota Association of REALTORS (MNAR) Pro-Standards Committee since 2008. He was named REALTOR of the Year in 2005 and received a Distinguished Service Award in 2015. He is also a member of United Way’s Community Vision Council and the Homelessness Task Force Committee.

Wojtowicz replaces Jim Schaaf, who was sales manager of the St. Cloud and Cold Spring offices for 15 years and is retiring from management. Schaaf’s real estate career spanned 25 years, including 15 years with Edina Realty. He served as president of SCAAR, receiving a Distinguished Service Award in 1990 and was named REALTOR of the Year in 2007. He will continue working as a REALTOR in the Edina Realty Cold Spring office.

While normally a slower time of year, there was a 14.6 percent increase in pending sales and a 1.8 percent increase in the average sales price of a home in St. Cloud compared to last November, according to the Regional Multiple Listing Service of Minnesota, Inc. The average price of a home in St. Cloud is now around $172,000.
