Edina Realty 50th and France Office Moves to a New Location

Edina, Minn. – June 7, 2013 – After more than 30 years in the same location, the Edina Realty office at 50th and France has moved to a new space. The new office, home to 107 Edina Realty agents, is now located at 4999 France Ave. S., above Anthropologie and Caribou Coffee. It offers convenient, off-street parking.

The new high-tech, high touch office features prominent signage and is easily accessible to both clients and agents. Apple TVs are available in consultation rooms used for new agent presentations and client meetings. Designed with the mobile agent in mind, the office includes shared spaces or “personal harbors” that agents can use when they need a temporary office space. Edina Realty’s mobile tools also enable agents to do business from any location with Internet access, such as clients’ homes or neighborhood cafés.

“This space is set up a bit differently than traditional office spaces,” said John Smaby, Edina Realty office manager of the 50th and France office. “Having shared spaces that are accessible to everyone encourages agent interaction and facilitates networking, bringing a whole new level of energy to the office,” Smaby said.

Edina and Southwest Minneapolis are two of the most vibrant real estate markets in the Twin Cities area. Housing renewals are very popular, and the area easily lends itself to those looking for properties for sale that combine both urban and suburban features.
