Cassie Frick, Jennifer Mitchell named 2024 Emmy Award winners

EDINA, MN, Dec. 9, 2024 – Cassie Frick, an agent in the Wayzata office, and Jennifer Mitchell, the sales manager of the Rochester office, were acknowledged with the Emma L. Rovick Memorial Award at a Dec. 5 event.

Established to honor company founder Emma Rovick, the “Emmy” Award is given annually to two people: one employee and one real estate agent who exemplify Edina Realty Home Services’ core values of honesty, integrity, commitment, innovation and community.

Cassie Frick joined Edina Realty in 2002 and is a member of the company’s Executive Circle, which includes the top 3% of Edina Realty agents. In addition to her work as a committed client advocate, Frick provides mentorship and expertise to her fellow agents and employees throughout the family of companies.

Jennifer Mitchell is the sales manager of the Rochester office and has been with Edina Realty since 1998. This is her third year as a nominee. Throughout her career, Mitchell has worked in nearly all areas of the industry, including title and mortgage, and she’s active personally and professionally in the Rochester community.

“Those in her office laud Jennifer for her expertise and availability—and she’s well-respected throughout the Rochester community,” said Mason. According to nominations made by her peers, “Jennifer is one of the hardest-working individuals, she is passionate about her job, and she is never afraid to tell the truth. The Emmy Award winners are nominated by their fellow Edina Realty agents and employees for their excellence in customer service, leadership, team building and/or significant contributions to the industry. This year, there were 68 nominations from which one agent and one employee were selected.
