Sharry Schmid is the president and CEO of Edina Realty Home Services, one of the nation’s largest residential real estate firms serving Minnesota, western Wisconsin and South Florida. She sets the strategy and directs operations for nearly 60 real estate offices, more than 2,000 REALTORS® and the ERHS family of companies, including Edina Realty Title, Prosperity Home Mortgage, Edina Realty Insurance, Edina Realty Corporate Services and Relocation, and Hegg Realtors in South Dakota.
Schmid is also part of the leadership team for HomeServices of America, the parent company of ERHS.

Schmid sees how complex today’s real estate business is, and she is passionate about making sure Edina Realty agents have the tools and resources they need to navigate it. She believes in listening to a variety of perspectives and empowering employees and agents to innovate, collaborate and achieve excellence together.
