A distinctive neighborhood in Minneapolis,  Kenwood  contains the city’s largest concentration of luxury homes. Many of the Victorian, Mediterranean, Colonial, Tudor and Regency style mansions sit along tree-lined parkways and the Lake of the Isles. This neighborhood within the  Calhoun Isles community , contains parks, lakes, public tennis courts, and playgrounds that residents can enjoy all year round. Bike enthusiasts can enjoy the Kenilworth Trail, which is part of the Chain of Lakes Byway, as well as the Kenwood Trail, which meets the Grand Rounds Scenic Byway. One of the more famous characteristics of the Kenwood neighborhood is the “Mary Tyler Moore” home, which was used in filming multiple seasons of the show.
