Holland  is a walkable neighborhood located in the  Northeast Minneapolis  Arts District near the heart of the city. The area is predominantly residential with many charming Bungalow-style homes built between the 1920s and 1940s. Bordering the community on the east side is Central Avenue with University Avenue to the west. Both streets are active business districts and home to a mix of pubs, art spaces, grocery stores and much more. There are a wide range of dining options, reflecting the diversity of the neighborhood. The neighborhood is also home to Jackson Square Park, a popular gathering spot for residents hosting frequent events during the summer; it doubles as a sledding area during winter.
